Production typically begins within 8 hours of placing your order; once production has started, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. 3. Shipping Service
We offer free air shipping on all orders, with deliveries handled by trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days once production is completed. Shipping times may be affected by various factors, including seasonal demand, weather conditions, and customs clearance processes. Shipping time does not include production time.
4. Secure and Private Packaging
Your privacy is fully protected. Orders are shipped in neutral, secure packaging with no branding, logos, or product details visible. The package will only be affixed with a shipping label containing a barcode, ensuring complete confidentiality from dispatch to delivery.
5. Order Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once production begins, we will notify you. When your doll is ready, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's official website by entering the tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to be updated.
Payment Methods

2. Inspect Your Doll Upon Receipt
Upon receiving your doll, please conduct a thorough inspection from head to toe before use. If the product is damaged due to improper handling, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If you have any issues or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours, including detailed information, images, or videos of the issue. Use common sense when handling the item to prevent any damage.
3. Warranty
We offer reshipment, remake, or partial refunds for the following situations: 1. Incorrect Dolls: If your doll differs significantly from the factory pictures or the official website, please provide an unboxing video showing the entire doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. We will investigate and arrange a replacement. 2. Damaged Dolls: If your doll arrives severely damaged, file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. 4. Return Restrictions
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for "change of mind" orders. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or no longer in their original packaging.
